We handle stucco, drywall, and painting under one roof so you're dealing with one sub, one invoice, and one standard of quality. We protect your schedule and pass inspection the first time.

Can you bundle stucco, drywall, and painting on the same project?

Yes, and that's one of our biggest advantages. Most subs specialize in one trade. We cover all three finishing trades, which means fewer scheduling conflicts, consistent quality across phases, and one point of contact for the GC or owner.

Do you offer volume or GC pricing?

Do you work with homeowners?

We take on larger residential projects - full exterior re-stuccos, whole-home paint jobs, major kitchen or bathroom remodels. We're not the right fit for small patchwork repairs (a few sheets of drywall, a single room), but if you've got a substantial project, reach out and we'll let you know if it's a fit.

What stucco services do you provide?

We handle new stucco applications (3-coat and EIFS systems), stucco crack repair and patching, texture matching on existing surfaces, color coat finishes, and sealing. We also handle HOA color compliance and can package stucco with drywall and paint for new construction builds.

What drywall services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We do full drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing to a paint-ready surface. We also handle water-damage repairs, skim coating, Level 5 finish, popcorn ceiling removal and retexture, and new construction packages. Whatever phase your project is in, we can step in.

What types of painting do you do?

Interior and exterior residential painting, commercial and multi-unit painting, cabinet spray finishing, concrete and epoxy floor coatings, and driveway staining and sealing. We use Florida-grade coatings specifically engineered for UV exposure, high humidity, and salt air.

Do you handle popcorn ceiling removal?

Yes. We remove popcorn (acoustic) texture, skim coat the ceiling smooth, and prep it for painting - all in one scope if needed.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. We paint offices, retail spaces, warehouses, HOA communities, and multi-unit residential buildings. We can schedule around business hours to minimize disruption and are experienced working in occupied spaces.

Same-day response for most inquiries. For larger or more complex scopes, we may need a site walk, but we'll schedule that fast. We know GCs work on tight timelines and we won't slow you down.

How far in advance do I need to book?

It depends on the season and our current pipeline. Contact us early in your build or renovation timeline so we can get on the schedule. Last-minute requests are handled when capacity allows.

Yes. All estimates are provided in writing with a clear scope of work, materials, and pricing breakdown - no surprises.

Are you insured?

Yes. Coastal Elite Finishes is fully insured in the state of Florida. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Documentation is available on request.
